How the On-Site Assessment Works

If we can complete the job during the initial visit, there is no separate assessment fee. You are charged for the work completed.

If the job needs a detailed assessment and a return visit, an on-site assessment fee applies. This covers the time taken to carefully assess the job, determine the required work and prepare an accurate scope or quote.

If you approve the quoted work and proceed, the assessment fee is credited toward the final job price. If you choose not to proceed, the assessment fee remains payable for the completed assessment.

I understand this is a booking request and Matte Electrical will contact me to confirm availability. I also understand the on-site assessment policy: there is no separate assessment fee if the job is completed on the initial visit. If a detailed assessment and return visit are required, a $199 assessment fee applies. If I approve the quoted work and proceed, that $199 is credited toward the final job price; if I do not proceed, it remains payable for the completed assessment.
